In 2022, Ann Wilson said Heart "have a bunch of stuff planned for [2023 in celebration of their 50th anniversary]. So I can definitely see Heart doing something."
Though both Ann and her sister Nancy are doing their own tours, Nancy says they are working together on new songs. She said, "There's a couple of things, you know, that I'm really excited about. Something you wouldn't have heard us do in the '80s. [It's] closer to what you would have heard us originally do in the late '70s. So it's really fun. It's just exciting and inspiring. It's really been a really nice kind of rediscovery of our relationship, working on music together again." [Courtesy of WBAB radio]
Heart's last album was Beautiful Broken back in 2016.
In February, Heart received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award during the Special Merit Awards Ceremony in Los Angeles that only Nancy attended.
Nancy is also working on a new album, Tomboy, which features covers of songs written by male artists. She is currently on tour. Sister Ann hits the road on July 4th in Dublin, Ohio.
