Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr are back on the Billboard charts with Dolly Parton's cover verson of The Beatles' "Let It Be."
It's currently #2 on the Rock Digital Songs Sales chart, #15 on the Country Digital Song Sales chart and #22 on the Digital Songs Sales Chart.
This is the third time Paul and Ringo have shared credit on a Billboard entry without John Lennon and George Harrison. The first time was in 1973 with Ringo's cover of "You're Sixteen," and the second was back in 1982 when Ringo played drums on McCartney’s “Take It Away.”
Dolly's version of "Let iI Be" is featured on her album Rockstar, which will be released on November 17th. Peter Frampton and Mick Fleetwood are also featured on the song.
