KISS reached the end of the road one year ago

A year ago this week, KISS wrapped up their epic five-year ‘End of the Road’ tour. The tour spanned 250 shows, taking the legendary rock band around the globe. The grand finale took place at Madison Square Garden in their hometown of New York City on Saturday, December 2nd. To commemorate this milestone, KISS released a 20-minute highlight video on YouTube, featuring a special performance of their 1991 cover of Argent's "God Gave Rock 'n' Roll to You" as fantasy-based superhero avatars.

KISS will be the first U.S. band to stage an avatar show, following in the footsteps of ABBA's ‘Voyage’ production in London. While details about the launch date and location of this next phase are still under wraps, Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley have assured fans that "amazing things" are on the horizon. In a heartfelt video, they emphasized that "KISS is forever," promising that the band's legacy will continue to evolve in exciting new ways.

Paul Stanley has yet to return to the stage, but Gene Simmons has kept busy, touring with his band this year and planning more dates in 2025. Stanley and Simmons expressed their excitement about exploring new frontiers. Simmons said, "You guys are our secret fountain of youth. We can be forever young and forever iconic by taking us to places we've never dreamed of before."
