Thanks to everyone for your enthusiasm — and here’s the trailer for those of you who haven’t seen it yet." It's clear that the legendary guitarist is deeply moved by fan support and excitement for the film.
These comments mark Page's first public statement about the film since its release. Interestingly, Page, along with Robert Plant and John Paul Jones, reportedly boycotted the film's premiere in Hollywood last month. The trio had disagreements with director Bernard MacMahon over the initial cut of the film, which originally premiered at the 2021 Venice Film Festival. Despite this, the film has managed to capture the hearts of many fans and critics alike.
Becoming Led Zeppelin has enjoyed significant success at the box office, ranking in the Top 10 for both weekends it has been in theaters. The film has grossed $5.5 million so far.
