James McCartney, Sean Ono Lennon, and Zak Starkey—sons of Beatles legends Paul McCartney, John Lennon, and Ringo Starr—have teamed up for a new collaboration with Starkey’s band Mantra of the Cosmos on a new track titled “Rip Off.” The song is a psychedelic, genre-blending project. Starkey described the track as “Mantra Of The Cosmos with them in it. It’s Sean Of The Cosmos and James Of The Cosmos; it’s still my band,” highlighting the collaborative spirit while keeping the band’s identity intact.
This isn’t the first time James and Sean have worked together—earlier this year, they released the single “Primrose Hill,” which really resonated with Beatles fans.
