Mötley Crüe have just released a brand-new take on their classic ballad "Home Sweet Home", and this time, they’ve brought in none other than Dolly Parton for a powerful guest vocal performance. The new version blends the Crüe’s signature rock edge with Dolly’s unmistakable country soul, creating a real heartfelt duet. The Crüe also released a music video that mixes scenes from the original 1985 clip with footage of Dolly recording her vocals in the studio earlier this year. You can catch it now on YouTube.
This reimagined version is part of their upcoming compilation album, From the Beginning, which drops on September 12th—the same day the band kicks off their long-awaited Las Vegas residency at Park MGM. That residency had been delayed due to Vince Neil’s undisclosed medical issue. Even better, a portion of the proceeds from the new single will go to Covenant House, a nonprofit company that provides shelter, meals, and support for youth experiencing homelessness.
