Lindsey Buckingham is once again giving Fleetwood Mac fans a glimmer of hope for another tour. Lindsey says the band's upcoming documentary (which is due out early next year) has been a healing experience for everyone involved. He went on to say that the wounds from his 2019 departure from the band have healed and he and Stevie Nicks are back on speaking terms.

Buckingham isn't ready to promise a reunion tour, but he says 2027 should be very interesting with "quite a few things" set to reveal themselves for Fleetwood Mac. That timing would be perfect since 2027 will mark 50 years since the release of the band's most iconic album 'Rumours.'

Lindsey also talked about Mac carrying on without Christine McVie, who passed away in 2022. He recalled that the band toured successfully and recorded without Christine for several years when she left in the late 90's. Fleetwood Mac hasn't toured with Lindsey Buckingham since 2015, and they last performed together with him at our 2018 iHeartRadio Music Festival. Lindsey is also working on a new solo album, and he hopes to be back out on the road next year.

We'll keep you posted on what we hear.
