Could something as simple as this be the key to happiness?

How many glasses of water do you drink a day? 

Think about it for a second. 

According to a new study, the average American throws back FIVE glasses of water a day!

That seems like a lot, but there are three (kind of) cups of "water" in front of me.

Of course, these are packed with caffeine. Does that still count?

According to this study, the more water you drink, the happier you are. In fact, the happiest of us drink over 10 glasses a day!

Are you kidding me?

How can you get anything done when you're in the bathroom all day from drinking more than 10 glasses of water? 

Unless that's the true key to happiness... spending all day in the bathroom.
