Veteran Fort Collins, Colorado, 911 dispatcher Megan Biberos answered the call from Jill and John Clarken, when Jill went into labor and couldn’t get to the hospital soon enough. Realizing that help wouldn’t arrive in time, Biberos calmly coached the couple as Jill gave birth to their baby girl, Addalyn, in the bathroom of their home. Baby Addalyn was born healthy, and the parents credit Biberos with helping get them through the ordeal.
