For the past 37 years, Cynthia Morrison has been dedicated to serving her customers at the Waffle House in Roxana, Georgia, earning a reputation of caring deeply for those she serves. Long-time customer, Joey Godfrey noticed Morrison wasn’t in during her usual Saturday shift, and when he asked her why, she let slip that she was battling cancer. Godrey left every cent he had on him as a tip for her that day, and knowing other customers would also want to chip in, he started a GoFundMe page that’s raised over $9-thousand so far.
