Saturday June 9th, it's the 31st Annual Stilwell Pancake Breakfast at Stilwell Retirement Residence in Waco. The 'all you can eat' breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, coffee, and juice served from 8-10:30am. Cost is $6 per person. Money raised goes to the Stilwell Residents' Activity Fund. Celebrity servers from the media, political office holders, and local volunteers will be on hand. There will also be a silent auction.
Parking is free, and Stilwell will also supply a golf-cart shuttle to assist attendees. Stilwell Retirement Residence is the only retirement facility for educators in the state of Texas, a non-profit organization owned and operated by the Texas Retired Teachers Residence Corporation.
