Lisa Kudrow is keeping Matthew Perry's memory alive one Friends episode at a time.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the beloved silver screen standout, who played Phoebe Buffay alongside Perry's Chandler Bing in the popular sitcom, is in the process of rewatching the show in its entirety to celebrate Perry's life despite her previous comments about it being "too embarrassing" to watch herself. Kudrow referred to her late co-star's performance as "uniquely hilarious" citing his "comedic rhythm" in spite of the mental health challenges he faced while filming.

“I'm laughing out loud and everyone is hilarious. I’m blown away by Courteney Cox. I’m blown away by [Jennifer Aniston]. Matthew, obviously, is just uniquely hilarious. No one ever knew that cadence or comedic rhythm before him. Matt LeBlanc is hilarious. And David Schwimmer, too. Sometimes I even laugh at what I’ve done."

Kudrow assured that she was only rewatching the series, which ran for 10 seasons from 1994 to 2004, to celebrate Perry's memory, jokingly admitting she still doesn't like when people walk in on her when she's watching it.

"It’s embarrassing. At home, if anyone walks in the room and I’m watching Friends, that’s a horrible look, I think, don’t you?”

Perry passed away on October 28, 2023 at his home in Los Angeles due to the acute effects of ketamine. Investigations regarding where the ketamine was sourced are currently ongoing as charges pend.

Former cast mates Jennifer Aniston (Rachel Green), David Schwimmer (Ross Geller), Courteney Cox, (Monica Geller), Matt LeBlanc (Joey Tribbiani), and Kudrow, attended Perry's funeral arm in arm in November 2023, and posted tear-jerking tributes to their forever friend on social media in the weeks following his tragic passing.
