- Date & Venue: All ceremonies held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at the Cadence Bank Center
- Lake Belton High School: 10:00 a.m.
- Belton High School: 2:00 p.m.
- Belton New Tech @ Waskow: 5:00 p.m.
Copperas Cove ISD
- Copperas Cove High School: Friday, May 22, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at the Cadence Bank Center
Gatesville ISD
- Gatesville High School: Scheduled for Friday, May 22, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. at McKamie Stadium (delays will be utilized if there is heavy rain).
Harker Heights High School
- Ceremony Date: Set for Friday, May 29, 2026

Doors open 90 minutes prior to the start times listed below (with the exception of Early College High School, which opens 60 minutes prior). A strict clear bag policy is enforced at the venue.
