Congratulations to ELO for yet another big honor: The group’s classic "Mister Blue Sky" was just named The Happiest Song of All Time.
A survey of 1300 Irish adults ages 30 to 55 showed that the the track from the Out of the Blue album to be the ultimate feel-good tune.
