Bonnie Tyler had just completed a new album before the lockdown began back in March.
Tyler told Radio 2 Belguim that she's again working with David MacKay, who produced her 70’s smash "It's a Heartache." She selected "The Best Is Yet to Come" as one of her new songs.The song may also might serve as the project's title track when it goes on sale next February.
Steve Womack, who wrote "Taking Control," Tyler's 2019 duet with Cliff Richard, was responsible for five of the songs. Bonnie recently posted clips on her Facebook page.
Bonnie says the album definitely will not include a song inspired by the coronavirus pandemic. She went on to say, "When that goes, we don't even want to hear that word again."
Tyler and husband Robert Sullivan split their time between Wales and the Algarve region of Portugal. Bonnie’s 69th birthday is on Monday.
