The Who have been busy releasing music from their vault. They’ll release the ‘Super Deluxe Edition’ of 1967’s ‘The Who Sell Out’ on April 23rd, followed by an expanded reissue of 1981’s ‘Face Dances’ on Record Store Day.
The ‘Face Dances’ expanded edition will be out on the first of two Record Store Days this year… June 12th.
The band is marking the 40th anniversary of ‘Face Dances’ with an expanded two-LP set for fans. The first LP is the original 9-song album and the second LP will feature an additional nine songs, of which six have never been released.
‘Face Dances’ was the first album with Who drummer Kenney Jones, who replaced the late Keith Moon.
