Devoted KISS fan Louie recently tweeted Gene Simmons and asked him why Tuesday's announcement about the upcoming Biography: KISStory on A&E didn’t mention original members Ace Frehley and Peter Criss.
Simmons did reply back, saying, "Step 1: You do the decent thing and invite everyone to be in the documentary. Step 2: They declined to be in the documentary, so you respectfully move on and do it anyway. See?"
Biography: KISStory will feature all-new interviews with Simmons and Paul Stanley, along with guitarist Tommy Thayer and drummer Eric Singer, KISS manager Doc McGhee, producer Bob Ezrin, and KISS fans Dave Grohl and Tom Morello.
The episode will air in two-hour broadcasts on June 27th and 28th.
