Neil Finn says he'd be okay leaving Fleetwood Mac if Buckingham returned

Neil Finn has gone on record saying he would leave Fleetwood Mac if there was a chance that Lindsey Buckingham would return.

Neil has been busy promoting the new Crowded House album “Dreamers Are Waiting.” He told ‘Rolling Stone’ that he’d be happy that Buckingham and Mick Fleetwood would finally be back on speaking terms with each other.

He went on to say, “"I would be delighted for them if they reconcile. I would gladly step aside to allow that to happen. I’m not entering the arena in terms of whether that is possible. But I’m really happy that Mick has crossed some bridges with Lindsey. I know that had to happen at some point."

Neil joined Mac along with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers guitarist Mike Campbell after Buckingham left the group in 2018.
