Bob Dylan just turned 80 back on May 24th and the legendary singer/songwriter has marked the milestone by releasing a new film.
‘Bob Dylan: Odds and Ends’ features a compilation of promotional material, previously unreleased footage from other documentaries, along with demos and alternate takes from his first two decades on Columbia Records.
It’ll also feature interviews with Dylan’s first manager Roy Silver, along with an interview with record executive John Hammond who signed Dylan to Columbia Records. You’ll also see clips from Dylan fans like Rosanne Cash and Darius Rucker.
Finally, Dylan also released packages containing four concert films:
·Bob Dylan: Trouble No More – A Musical Film
·The Other Side of the Mirror: Bob Dylan Live at The Newport Folk Festival 1963-1965
·Bob Dylan: The 30th Anniversary Concert Celebration
·Bob Dylan: MTV Unplugged,, along with the narrative feature that Bob co-wrote and starred in, Masked and Anonymous from 2003.
