Three decades before The Beatles' ‘Get Back’ documentary, Paul McCartney released his documentary.
Get Back, the 1991 concert film documented McCartney’s 1989-'90 world tour. It was directed by Richard Lester, who also directed The Beatles' first two films, A Hard Day’s Night and Help! He came out of retirement to make McCartney’s Get Back.
The documentary will be released for the first time on DVD and Blu-ray on August 17th. The documentary features 17 Beatles songs and six solo songs.

The Beatles' 2021 Get Back documentary, a behind-the-scenes look at the making of their Let It Be album was actually released on DVD and Blu-ray last Tuesday.
