Ringo Starr is stepping up with "peace and love" for his Lotus Foundation.
The Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Famer is selling 500 life-sized sculptures of his famous “peace and love” hand sign with the proceeds going to his Lotus Foundation, supporting and promoting charitable projects aimed at homelessness, cancer, substance abuse and more.
Each sculpture is just under 10 inches tall and each weighs in at 3.5 pounds. Each one is also signed by Ringo Starr. They’re available in bronze for $2,000 or stainless steel for $5,000.
The sale is being handled by Julien’s Auctions and details are available at JuliensAuctions.com.
Ringo has just released a video of him and his All-Starr Band performing "Don't Pass Me By" from his upcoming album, Ringo and His All Starr Band. Live at the Greek 2019, which will was released last Friday. “Don’t Pass Me By” was the first song Ringo wrote for The Beatles.
