Fleetwood Mac is most likely done

Mick Fleetwood says Fleetwood Mac is most likely over in the wake of Christine McVie's death.

Fleetwood told the Los Angeles Times before the Grammy Awards that "I think right now, I truly think the line in the sand has been drawn with the loss of Chris. I'd say we're done, but then we've all said that before. It's sort of unthinkable right now."

Fleetwood added that all the other surviving current and former members of the band, including Stevie NicksMike CampbellNeil Finn and former member Lindsey Buckingham, are all busy working on other projects. He said, "They all get out and play, so I'm gonna be doing the same thing, finding people to play with."

Fleetwood played a tribute to McVie at the Grammys when he was joined by Sheryl Crow and Bonnie Raitt for a performance of "Songbird."

Christine McVie died last November 30th after a short illness at age 79.
