Fans of legendary singer-songwriter Paul Simon are in for a treat. A new trailer has been released for the upcoming two-part documentary ‘In Restless Dreams: The Music of Paul Simon.’
The film, directed by Oscar winner Alex Gibney, will air on MGM+ on March 17th and 24th, and will explore the life and legacy of one of the most influential and acclaimed musicians of all time.
The documentary will feature never-before-seen footage of Simon’s extraordinary career, from his early days as part of the iconic duo Simon & Garfunkel, to his solo breakthrough with the album Graceland, which won the Grammy for Album of the Year in 1987. The film will also include interviews with Simon, his collaborators, friends, and admirers, such as Art Garfunkel, Bob Dylan, Quincy Jones, Paul McCartney, and Oprah Winfrey.
The trailer, which can be watched on YouTube, gives a glimpse of the musical journey that Simon embarked on, as well as the personal and political challenges he faced along the way.
