KISS comeback at some point?

Could KISS make a comeback following their "End of the Road" farewell tour? The possibility cannot be ruled out. Paul Stanley revealed in an interview with Gibson TV that he has been resisting the temptation to play his guitar since the tour concluded last December at Madison Square Garden in New York. He admitted that he feared missing the thrill of playing with the band, which led him to avoid picking up his guitar.

Stanley further explained that his decision to step back was influenced by his deep-rooted connection with KISS, a band he has been a part of for 50 years. The transition from being a live band to ending their journey was a significant change that required some adjustment. Stanley needed time to sit back, reflect, and get his bearings after the band's phenomenal run.

Despite his hiatus, Stanley confessed that he really misses being on stage. He expressed his satisfaction with the way KISS ended their journey, saying that it was exactly what he had wanted. He envisioned an ending that was undeniable and would leave people reminiscing about the unique band that was KISS.

While Stanley has not returned to the stage, his bandmate Gene Simmons is set to perform at 12 European dates starting July 27th in Finland and running through August 16th in Italy, with one U.S. date three days later in North Tonawanda, New York on the 19th.
