Ringo Starr drops a live version of a Beatles classic

Ringo Starr released a heartfelt live version of The Beatles' classic “With a Little Help From My Friends,” recorded this past January at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. This release is not just about music; it's about making a real difference. From last Friday through March 27th of next year, 100% of the global streaming revenue generated by the song will equally support the American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity ReBUILDLA to aid those impacted by this year’s California wildfires.

Ringo shared his deep connection to Los Angeles, saying, “I love L.A. and have lived there for many years, and while we were recording this in Nashville, many of us had family and friends who were dealing with the wildfires in Los Angeles. It was so great performing this song with these incredible artists and we all wanted to do something to help. I think the song says it all really, 'With A Little Help From My Friends' and we send it to all those affected by the fires with Peace and Love.”

Joining Ringo on this special performance were Sheryl Crow, Rodney Crowell, Mickey Guyton, Emmylou Harris, Brenda Lee, Billy Strings, and Jack White. The song is now available across all streaming platforms.
