Bad Company in Rock Hall?

Bad Company is set to be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame at the 40th induction ceremony this fall, according to drummer Simon Kirke. In a recent interview with VRP Rocks, Kirke revealed that an insider has confirmed their induction. He shared that he has already discussed the performance with Paul Rodgers, and they plan to play their hit song "Can't Get Enough" at the ceremony. Kirke expressed his happiness, particularly for Mick Ralphs, who suffered a stroke several years ago and is in poor health. He emphasized that Ralphs deserves recognition for his contributions, including writing many of the band's hits.

Unfortunately, Mick will not be able to attend the ceremony due to his health condition, which makes travel difficult. This year marks the first time Bad Company has been nominated for the Hall of Fame, despite being eligible since 1999. The band came in second in the Fan Vote, just behind Phish and ahead of Billy Idol, Cyndi Lauper, and Joe Cocker, who rounded out the top five vote-getters.

The Class of 2025 will be officially announced on Sunday night during ABC's American Idol. The induction ceremony will take place in the fall in Los Angeles.
