The legendary Beatle recently posted a photo on his Instagram featuring two guitar picks—one white with his name in red, and the other blue with the phrase “Got Back in 2025” in white. This subtle teaser has sparked speculation that McCartney is gearing up for another U.S. tour. The phrase “Got Back” has been the name of his tour since 2022, which was also the last time he performed across the U.S.
The red, white, and blue color scheme of the picks hasn’t gone unnoticed either. Many fans see it as a patriotic nod, possibly signaling that the U.S. is on his itinerary once again. The Instagram post also includes a link to a registration form where fans can sign up to receive updates on tour dates, pre-sales, and more.
McCartney’s last public U.S. appearances were in February, when he played three club shows in New York City and performed on the 50th anniversary special of Saturday Night Live.
