Paul McCartney has dropped some good news on his fans. The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer will release a new anthology collection that celebrates his post-Beatles years with Wings. Simply titled Wings, the set is being called the “ultimate anthology” and features 32 tracks on two CDs or three LPs. You’ll get all the classics, including “Band on the Run,” “Live and Let Die,” “Jet,” “My Love,” “Let ’Em In,” and more.
In addition to the standard formats, there’s a special three-LP limited-edition color vinyl collection, plus single CD and LP versions. For the first time ever, Wings songs will be available in Dolby Atmos on a physical format, thanks to a new Blu-ray release. Every version comes with a booklet that includes a personal introduction from McCartney himself for a nice personal touch.
The collection will be released on November 7th. The official trailer is up now on YouTube.
