For those of us who aren’t ready for KISS to call it quits, here’s some news. Last Friday, Paul Stanley dropped a bombshell during the KISS Kruise: Landlocked in Vegas event—he’s working on new music. It’s not just his music; it’s music for KISS!

During Sunday’s Q&A, the legendary rocker said, “Music, yeah, that looks more than possible. Probable. I only write when there’s a project—and I’ve been writing.” It certainly sounds like something’s going on to us. During last Saturday’s show, the band dusted off “Take Me,” a song they hadn’t played since 2022.

Gene Simmons got a little nostalgic during the Q&A. When he was asked about any regrets, Gene said he wished he would’ve shown a little more “tough love” to Ace Frehley and Peter Criss. Simmons said, “You don’t want to ruin anything because it’s working and the chicks and the money… but in the meantime, somebody who might be your brother is ruining their life by bad decisions.”

KISS will receive the prestigious Kennedy Center Honors on December 6th. That will air on CBS on December 23rd. Most of us are KISS fans and it’s good to hear some good news from the legendary band.
