The Eagles have just released live version of “Lyin’ Eyes,” pulled from the upcoming deluxe reissue of their iconic 1975 album One of These Nights. The song was recorded on September 28th, 1975, at a show at Anaheim Stadium in California.
That album kicked off a run of four straight number‑one records and landed the band their first Grammy when “Lyin’ Eyes” won Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals. The expanded release drops on May 1st on CD, vinyl, and digital. That show was the band’s final concert with original guitarist Bernie Leadon, before Joe Walsh officially joined them.
The Eagles are closing out their Sphere residency in Las Vegas this Friday and Saturday, wrapping a 58‑show run that began in September 2024. Next up: New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival on May 2nd, followed by stadium dates in Atlanta, Nashville, and a show in Arlington here in Texas plus a theater stop in Hollywood, Florida.
