Madonna surprised fans by booking really small venues for her Madame X tour, and now she's the one getting surprised -- since she can't even seem to sell out those spaces.
Ticketmaster's official site shows that Madge is having serious trouble filling rooms like the 2200-capacity Brooklyn Academy of Music, where the tour will kick off on September 12th. Though initial reports said she'd sold out all 17 of the Brooklyn dates, a quick check shows seats available for all of them -- dozens at some, hundreds at others.
Back in 2016, Madonna's Rebel Heart tour played to sold-out arenas -- and four years before that, she was performing in stadiums. (New York Post)
