David Bowie’s classic VH1 “Storytellers” performance is finally coming to vinyl on October 11th.
Bowie filmed “Storytellers” on August 23rd, 1999, performing such classic songs as “Rebel Rebel” “Life On Mars?” and “China Girl,” as well as overlooked material like “Can’t Help Thinking About Me”, his first time playing it in 33 years, or “Word On A Wing,” his first performance of the tune in 23 years.
“VH1 Storytellers” was initially released in CD and DVD in 2009. The new 2LP vinyl version will include all of the original songs, as well as two bonus tracks.
