Ric Ocasek cut his ex-wife Paulina Porizkova out of his will and the onetime model recently had to move out of the Grammercy Park Manhattan townhouse she was living in because The Cars late leader didn't bequeath it to her.
Paulina posted on Instagram that she "never cried as much as I have in the last year," Porizkova's life changed dramatically 13 months ago, when after helping look after Ocasek during his illness, she learned that he'd redone his will only weeks earlier.
While the couple was separated and likely headed toward divorce (had Ocasek lived), the couple were still legally husband and wife. Because of that, she plans to contest the will. A friend tells the New York Post that they had become emotionally detached.
