Mick Fleetwood’s tribute show to original frontman Peter Green is coming to theaters. Fleetwood paid tribute to Green back in February at London’s Palladium, welcoming guests like Pete Townshend, Steven Tyler, Bill Wyman, Kirk Hammett and more music legends.
A lucky audience of 2,200 got to see the tribute concert in person, but soon all fans will be able to see it on the big screen. The concert film is coming to movie theaters across the country on March 23rd and March 28th, 2021, and it’ll be released on Blu-ray, vinyl, CD and digital formats on April 30th.
“The concert was a celebration of those early blues days where we all began, and it’s important to recognize the profound impact Peter and the early Fleetwood Mac had on the world of music,” Fleetwood says in a statement. “Peter was my greatest mentor and it gave me such joy to pay tribute to his incredible talent.”
