Back in April, Yoko Ono hinted at possibly releasing a 50th anniversary edition of John Lennon's landmark 1970 album Plastic Ono Band.That rumor is coming true this month.
The classic album that gave us "Mother," "Working Class Hero," "Isolation," "Love" and "God" is set to be reissued on December 11th, 50 years to the day since its original release.
Now titled The Ultimate Collection, the album has been expanded to six CDs, two Blu-ray discs and an accompanying book about the album that was actually published last month.
Lennon recorded the album at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London between September 26th and October 23rd, 1970.
