Paul McCartney revealed this week that Taylor Swift moved the release day of her new album Evermore a couple of times so her album wouldn’t conflict with Paul’s new McCartney III.The two stars connected for the Rolling Stone cover photoshoot.
Each superstar shared what projects were on the horizon. Taylor privately told McCartney about her album and told him out of professional respect, she did not want to overshadow his new album release.
Paul also talked about an email exchange with Taylor during a recent interview with Howard Stern. (quote) “She said, ‘I found out you were going to put yours out on December 10th. So I moved Evermore to the 18th.’ Then she found out we were coming on the 18th and moved hers back to the 10th. People do keep out of each other’s way. It’s a nice thing to do.” (NME)
