Def Leppard drummer Rick Allen has signed up several big acts for his inaugural Big Love Benefit Concert later this month.
The show benefits the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund and it includes Sammy Hagar, Tommy Shaw of Styx, Billy Idol, Wynonna Judd, Myles Kennedy, Matt Sroum, The Allman-Betts Band, Bret Michaels, and Lee Loughnane of Chicago.
Talking about the show, Allen says, “We endeavor on a daily basis, through our music and through our 501 C-3 Raven Drum Foundation Project Resiliency to serve, educate and empower people and communities recovering from crisis, We cannot envision a more important and useful way in which to give back than this benefit concert.”
The Big Love Benefit Concert will stream around the globe on Nugs.net on January 23rd.
The Sweet Relief Musicians Fund provides financial assistance to musicians and music industry workers who're struggling financially while facing illness, disability, or age-related problems.
