Fleetwood Mac’s Christine McVie has gone on record saying if the group tours again, she thinks ex-husband John McVie and Stevie Nicks won’t be on board.
Christine mentioned that during an interview last Sunday on BBC Radio 2’s Sounds of the '70s program. Christine didn’t say why she feels like Stevie is done, but she did say that John is "feeling a little bit frail" and "he just hasn't got the heart" for touring. "It all looks very nice when you come and see the show, but the work that goes behind it to get to that point is unbelievable."
Christine will be 78 in July, and she also talked of her own involvement. She said, "I think I'm getting a bit too old for it now -- especially having had a year off. I don't know if I could get myself back into it again... I know Mick [Fleetwood] would do it in a lightning strike, but I couldn't possibly say."
