Pete Townshend has indicated he’s ready to record a new Who album when the timing is right.
Pete told Uncut magazine, “Right now, I’m in that space where I’ve got my studio set up, my acoustic and electric guitars, a drum box, all there ready to go. There’s pages and pages of draft lyrics. So if the moment comes, I’ll go in and start.”
Pete said he's written 25 songs. He’s shared 15 of them with Roger Daltrey. By the way, The Who's last album was 2019's Who.
