Alice Cooper’s new album “Detroit Stories” is a hit. The rocker released his newest album late last month, and it debuted at the top of “Billboard’s” Top Album Sales chart.
That means “Detroit Stories” sold 13,000 copies in its first week out, across all available formats. The album also debuted in the second spot of the Hard Rock Albums chart, the fifth spot of the Top Rock Albums chart.
The record features Alice’s surviving original band members from his 1970s heyday: Neal Smith, Michael Bruce, and Dennis Dunaway.
