Heart’s Ann Wilson made an appearance with Gov’t Mule’s three-night run at Westville Music Bowl in New Haven, Connecticut last weekend. Ann’s had a busy year so far.
The rock ‘n roll legend handled vocals for several songs, including a couple of Led Zeppelin classics. She jumped in for “Immigrant Song,” “No Quarter,” and “Black Dog.”
Ann also performed on a cover version of the Tom Petty classic “Luna,” along with the Heart song “Magic Man.”
On the subject of new music from Heart, Ann said in an interview that the band doesn’t have any plans for that anytime soon.
