Paul McCartney says eye yoga has kept him from having to wear glasses at the age of 78.
The rock ‘n roll legend appeared on the Table Manners With Jessie Ware podcast, saying that the yogi in India told him his "eyes are muscles whereas your ears aren’t, so you can’t exercise your ears. But your eyes, you can.”
Paul said, "I don’t know if it means that that’s why I don’t need glasses when I’m reading a newspaper. It makes sense, you know? It’s a good idea.”
McCartney also said he works at keeping his voice in shape. He said he’s been known to do an entire concert without drinking water.
Paul will make an appearance on the CBS special ‘The Queen Carries On: A Gayle King Special” about Queen Elizabeth which airs at 7pm tonight on Channel 10.
Sir Paul said about the Queen: "I think about the Queen is that's she's Royal, so you look up to her. But she's very down to earth."
McCartney was knighted by Queen Elizabeth back in 1997.
