Paul McCartney could soon be hitting the road for what would be his first tour since 2019.
Sir Paul says he’s been rehearsing with his band and writing new music:
"I'm, actually at the moment, have just rehearsed with my band and just trying to see if we could remember -- 'cause we haven't played together for 27 months actually. But, it's going well, so we're enjoying it. I'm writing some stuff as I nearly always am. So, not much is happening at the moment, but we're cooking it up."
McCartney's last show was back on July 13th, 2019 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. Ringo Starr and Ringo's brother-in-law, Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh were part of that show.
McCartney will be in Cleveland on Saturday to induct the Foo Fighters into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. This will be the fourth induction for McCartney after John Lennon in 1994, James Taylor in 2000 and Ringo Starr in 2015.
