Janet Jackson has revealed that her late brother Michael taunted her about her weight and she said he made her life miserable with the taunting.
The revelation about Janet’s childhood is in her documentary ‘Janet,’ which will premiere Friday on Lifetime and A&E. Janet said, “There were times when Mike used to tease me and call me names. Pig, horse, -----, or hog, cow, He would laugh about it, and I’d laugh too, but then there was somewhere down inside that it would hurt. I’m an emotional eater, so when I get stressed or something is really bothering me, it comforts me."
She revealed that things came to a head when she was 11 years old and was cast in the CBS sitcom ‘Good Times.” Janet recalled, “That’s the beginning of having weight issues and the way I looked at myself.”
