Meat Loaf will make a posthumous TV appearance next month on Ghost Hunters in an episode titled "Haunted House on the Hill," about an old farmhouse in Tennessee.
Meat was friends with Jason Hawes and he's been on the series several times since 2009. Hawes said, "A lot of people don't realize with Meat Loaf [is] that he's been investigating claims of the paranormal for a long time. That's actually what sparked our friendship, and we've been hanging out ever since."
Meat Loaf filmed what became his final appearance on the series back September of last year. It will air on Discovery+ on February 12th.
Meat Loaf’s iconic ‘Bat Out of Hell’ album has re-entered the U.K. chart at #3, its highest-ever position. In the U.S., streams of his songs increased by 2,583%, and several of his albums and songs are back on the Billboard charts. Meat Loaf died on January 21st at age 74.
