Pete Townshend has reportedly begun working on his first solo album in 29 years. Townshend has been in the studio with bassist Guy Pratt from Nick Mason's Saucerful of Secrets and Pink Floyd, and legendary Peter Gabriel drummer Ged Lynch.
Pratt is the one that broke the news, tweeting, “To say the last couple of days recording has been beyond magical would be an understatement.”
Townshend's last album was 1993's 'Psychoderelict.' His most recent solo songs were "Guantanamo" and "How Can I Help You" from his 2015 release, ‘Truancy: The Very Best of Pete Townshend.’ Something to look forward to.
