Elton John has just released another previously unheard featured on the 50th anniversary edition of his iconic 1971 album ‘Madman Across the Water.’

The latest is a 7-minute version of "Rock Me When He's Gone", which did not make the final album when it was originally released. This version features more percussion and a quick word at the end from Elton to producer Gus Dudgeon.

The 50th anniversary edition of ‘Madman Across the Water’ will be released on June 10th. The album featured all-time Elton classics including “Tiny Dancer” and “Levon.”

The album was Elton’s first to feature all five legendary members of his band -- Dee MurrayNigel OlssonDavey Johnstone and Ray Cooper. Nigel and Davey are still in the band  to this day.Yes keyboardist Rick Wakeman played the Hammond organ on three of the songs.
