Paul McCartney was joined by Bruce Springsteen for a couple of songs on his ‘Got Back’ U.S. tour at Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Fans were thrilled to enjoy two legends of rock ‘n roll on the same stage.
McCartney commented, "A local boy is going to join us." Springsteen added, "Here's to the 80 more years of glory days" -- a reference to McCartney's 80th birthday this Saturday. Then the pair launched into Springsteen's 1984 song, "Glory Days." They also did The Beatles' "I Wanna Be Your Man."
The two superstars previously performed together in September, 2017 when The Boss and Steve Van Zandt joined Sir Paul at Madison Square Garden in New York City for The Beatles classic “I Saw Her Standing There.”
