An all new study from the U.K. has determined that Elton John’s classic "Your Song" to send you off to a good night’s sleep.
Mornings.Co.UK said that they found several songs that shared characteristics with lullabies and they can have an impact on falling asleep. The study said, "We analyzed 100 lullabies on Spotify using 10 audio features such as tempo and scale (major or minor). And then we compared our results to a curated list of 1721 songs, including Spotify’s most streamed and essential tunes from a range of genres."
The #2 song on the list was Led Zeppelin's "Going to California," closely followed by another Elton John song, "Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters."
