Queen + Adam Lambert could be headed back out on tour. After he was knighted by King Charles III on Tuesday, Brian May said, "We’re thinking about touring, I can say that. I’m hoping I stay in good health -- at the moment I seem to be in pretty good health, which is always great."
In the past 11 years, 75 year old Brian May has suffered a heart attack, two torn discs in his back, a knee replacement, and surgeries on his left calf and left eye.
He added, "It's not been an easy road. [There have been] times I thought I would never do it again.”
May also said, “But we all seem to be OK so we’re looking at doing some touring, and of course we tour at the top level and it’s very high energy and high demand on your fitness. If we don’t go out until October or whatever, I’ll be working on my fitness from now on.”
Queen and Lambert's last tour was in Europe last summer. Their most recent U.S. tour was in 2019.
